Today we are checking out a hidden gem from a group that has struggled to get a decent amount of success. Despite having two well known people (Doyeon & Yoojung) due to their participation on Produce 101, reaching the final group I.O.I and a good amount of banger title tracks they still have seen little success and are still chasing their first music show win after 5 years. For people who do not know who they are, Weki Meki is an 8 member group under the company Fantagio that debuted in 2017.
Moya Moya is the 2nd track on their 3rd mini album HIDE and SEEK which was released in June 2020. Moya Moya is a fun and cheerful song that will send your body to another universe. It is a perfect song from start to finish, filled with an addictive beat and beautiful harmonies.
Title Track Worthy?
I think it definitely has the potential to be a title track. OOPSY is a much better and more interesting title track than Moya Moya, but I think that Moya Moya would be a solid song as a summer title track.
