LUNARSOLAR and HOT ISSUE have disbanded, LUNAR SOLAR this month on the 22nd and HOT ISSUE on April 22nd right before their 1 year anniversary. I really liked both of these groups and I had big hopes that they would survive the K-pop industry, but as a K-pop fan it’s hard to have insight on the business aspect of a group and how things are managed behind the scenes. Another group that disbanded this month is CLC which surprised no one. Besides Cube neglected them for most of the time they have had a decent career which could have been much better with better management and direction. CLC’s debut album First Love is one of my first albums I bought as a K-pop fan and I still have it on my shelf.

Favorite releases of May
My favorite song of LE SSERAFIM’s debut album. A fantastic song with an absolutely sexy bass guitar.
SEVENTEEN releases another banger of a title track, and their album is nothing short of incredible songs. I highly recommend to listen the album. I’m still trying to figure out which song I like the best on the album, but it’s so hard.
