Going with another amazing summer song. In this episode we discover a hidden gem from my favorite group Weeekly and we definitely will discover more hidden gems from Weeekly moving forward in this series.
Check It Out was released in august 2021 in Weeekly’s 4th mini album Play Game: Holiday. Check It Out is a fun & energetic summer song about going on an adventure and the thrill of venturing into the unknown. The album follows a summer holiday theme. Each song represents one part of a holiday, from the planning of a holiday to reminisce about the memories of the holiday.
Check It Out gives me another level of excitement that I didn’t know I had, and always manages to get me out of a bad mood and a bad day. I’m so happy that they promoted Check It Out alongside Holiday Party because their performances are out of this world. The Check It Out performance video below is my favorite. Everything is on point, the stage, the outfits and the performance by the girls themself. The energy they give off can’t stop me from smiling.
